A Yummy Pumpkin Pie Recipe For The Winter

Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree

1 cup evaporated milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Add eggs and whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
